A: One team, two branches. At-Work Freebies is Channel Media Group’s working consumer network, containing hundreds of thousands of businesses around the US, in all industries. These highly engaged individuals are excited to try new products, redeem offers, participate in surveys, and more. This network offers a unique opportunity for brands to connect directly with professionals during their workday. 

Q: What types of brands partner with Channel Media Group?

A: We collaborate with a wide variety of brands, including those in the food and beverage industry, restaurants, consumer packaged goods (CPG), retail, and more. Some of our partners include well-known names like Wendy’s, Red Bull, Dunkin’, Valvoline, and Panera Bread. 

We work with corporate entities and franchise groups supporting campaigns at both national and local levels. 

Q: What’s the process for running a campaign with Channel Media Group?

A: We start by understanding your brand’s goals and target audience. From there, we design a custom Business to Business and/or Business to School campaign strategy that includes key elements like product samples or offers. Once your campaign is live, we survey the network and provide reporting on performance to ensure optimal results.

    General business building – Reach approximately 1,400 businesses representing 100,000 employees. 

    Here’s what you can expect:  

    • Targeting* – Gain access to our extensive network of permissioned working consumers within your customized audience. 
    • Delivery Method – Each business within this network designates an “Ambassador,” such as an HR or Office Manager, who eagerly receives and distributes your promotional offers.  
    • Email Communication – Benefit from a minimum of three email communications sent directly to the Ambassadors at each participating business, ensuring your message is effectively delivered.  
    • Artwork/Gift Pack** – Enhance visibility with a Gift Pack mailed to each participating business, containing your exclusive employee offers, an introduction letter with brand messaging including a special offer for the ambassador, and a breakroom poster.  
    • Survey Invitation – Engage participating businesses further through Survey Invitations featuring your customized questions, allowing for valuable insights and feedback.  
    • Catering – All businesses have the opportunity to opt-in to additional communication from your brand, including catering leads or fundraisers. Contact information (including email) of interested businesses is provided back to you.  
    • Report – Interactive Post-Program Report detailing comprehensive survey responses and potential leads for catering, empowering you with actionable insights. 

        Q: How can I target my key audience?*

        A: Our network is mapped out nationally, and we can target specific geographic areas to ensure your campaign reaches the right audience, whether it’s by state, city, or even down to the zip code level. You can set a 3 to 5-mile radius around your store/s to target specific local businesses or schools.

            A: Here are some samples of artwork pieces, showing a variety of what could be included in a “Gift Pack.”

             

                Q: How do we know samples and offers will be delivered?

                A: Businesses in our network have agreed to distribute your offers to their employees. They have also told us through years of survey responses that they actually want MORE programs MORE often. Ambassadors enjoy being the office hero distributing freebies to their coworkers. 

                We work closely with our ambassadors by communicating through email and phone to ensure businesses are fully aligned with all programs.  

                 

                Q: When should I expect to start seeing customers redeeming the offers?

                A: Consumer response to Channel Media Group promotions usually peaks in weeks two through four and remains strong through the program expiration.

                A: Our campaigns are designed to capture valuable consumer insights via surveys. From purchase behavior to feedback on product samples or offers, we collect and analyze data that can help inform your marketing strategy and drive better results.
